A distribution client was running stock on spreadsheets across three warehouses, with month-end valuation taking several days and frequent stock-outs on fast-moving lines. We delivered a centralised inventory platform with live stock positions per location, batch tracking, automated reorder points and a reporting layer the finance team could run themselves. Month-end valuation now completes in minutes.
